dispatch fuel filter change

I have just changed the fuel filter etc and now the engine will not start. Is there a priming prceedure?

did you fill it to the brim with fuel if not the system will be air locked

Thanks for that. I think there was an air lock. I cleared it by priming while turning the engine. It is now fine.
