please can someone help me, i have a 216 coupe and looking for a electric window cassette for the drivers side, i have been quoted £300.00 for one is there any other cars that have the same electric windows cassette.

Is it the mechanism with motor your looking for? I don't know for sure but I recon you will find that they are all the same. Obviously the door & glass is different but I doubt that rover will have used a different mechanism. Find a similar year car at the breakers yard & have a look/ take some measurements or take yours along to compare it.

hi, 10 years a go i bought a second hand drivers door for my 1995 214sei they wanted £40 for the door only, and another £40 if i had the electric window motor included, knowing what they are like, i bet they still want £40 for the electric window motortommy

thank you for your reply i have looked in the scrapyards and no other rover have the same electric window cassette, i have been told that it's got to be out of the same car, i've also been told that honda parts might fit. thank you once again
