You are one cheeky sod. I have been giving free advice for the past couple of years, to the best of my ability. I dont know what you do for a living but you are going against everything this site is about. I am a chartered surveyor, by profession, who normally charges around £75 an hour for my services but to even suggest asking for donations is in my view is mercenary, you should be ashamed of yourself
