what a beaut, he looks like a miny version of my boy. im hoping to get mine a friend soon, as he only has horses in the field next to him and i feel sad for him without a friend near him. just hope i can afford the winter feed for 2 though!

He's gorgeous Tink!!! Coming to steal him, lol. I love those tints in his mane, lots of fun with him I can predict it.Claire, wouldn't it be easier to ask if he could go in the field with the other horses and maybe pay a bit to cover the grazing rather than getting another horse?

to be honest it would be better if she could put some of her horses in with lloyd. hes on a 25 acre field that has nice hard ground and plenty of grazing. couldnt ask for better. but there are too many horses in her field. i rent this one through a friend so i cant ask her to put any in, plus supposedly shes a bit of a cow! i did have a pony lined up but the woman is having trouble training him to be easy to catch and says it would be impossible to get him if he went in lloyds field. the other thing about lloyd is as hes part shire he is not interested in jumping the fence, but as she said a pony may just jump straight over. i did ask the lady i bought lloyd off if she wanted to put one in with him but she just offered to sell me one instead.

Ask the friend if they would look for another horse. I know if I could get my horse in a 25 acre field with only one other horse I'd jump at the chance. It would be easier than buying another. As for the cow bit I know about that.

Like him Lis!!! He's being a very good boy and loves lots of love and cuddles lol Daughter adores him. Will put more pics on in a bit when hubby puts them on computer for me.Like Lloyd Claire, he looks lovely, how big is he?

He's such a beautiful boy and sounds like the perfect pony for her. Is she still grinning?I found another Welsh who is related to him, she's from Nebo lines but she's fairly inbred. Nebo Black Magic crops up three times in her pedigree, her grandparents on her dam's side are half brother and sister. Don't know why people feel the need to inbreed. There's another pretty Welsh who looks a lot like him who I'm watching.

If they have his nature they are well worth a look. He is only 5 and acts a lot older!! When taking him out from the stable this morning he moves back from the door when she tells him back, steady if he starts walking a little fast for her, stands if she needs to stop for a minute, waits while I open the gate and then she tells him to turn in the field so that she can unclip the lead rope and doesn't go charging off!! Came to greet her when it was time to come in and stands like a dope whilst being brushed and cuddled!! He has even started whinnying when he sees her coming, especially if she has a bucket lol I hope he stays like this. Can't wait for you to buy yours Lis!! x

Awww he's sounds adorable. I want to see more pics. I don't think you could have got a better horse for her from the sounds of it, early days but if he's this good now then imagine what he'll be like when he's all settled and they've really bonded.I can't wait either but need a job first!! Been turned down again today so going out looking for more jobs tomorrow.

You will find a job soon!! And a pony, the right one will find you. Let daughter loose with camera today and the pics aren't too good so will have a go but if not will take more tomorrow lol Have you got pics of the ones you are watching?

Aww hes beautiful! I bet shes so pleased with him! We need more pics thou! :DWhen is she going to ride him? Did she try him out or did u just go and buy him as a surprise? I bet she cant believe shes got him, and hes so beautiful she should feel veru smug :P

Just looking on the web at his stud - Mochrum stud. His name is Mochrum Bombardier!! Thanks Minxii, she absolutely adores him lol Not ridden him yet, thought we would spend a few days bonding first !!

Well I'm doing some leafleting tomorrow so going to look in the shops for a job and I have been told that Peacocks is hiring so fingers crossed.They might not be the best pictures aesthetically(I know big words, lol) but they're the best type. This is the Black Welsh D I like the most and she's got good breeding, not got any Nebo but she's got Derwen lines.

Can't remember where she is but we're not going to go see her yet, if she's still around in a month then we'll go but since there are a lot of Welsh Ds for sale at the moment I don't think she'll go too fast hopefully. My mum has said I need to be in a job for around a month first and since she's putting her name on the insurance for the first year, doing what she says.

shes gorgeous lis, best of luck with the job hunting, hope you can get her. she looks like shes got a good heart. yeah id like to get someone else to share but i mentioned it when i first put him in and nothing has been found for him. im onto such a good thing i dont want to complain as i only pay £2.50 a week in field rent. if worse comes to the worst, i will get him a little shetland. ive been offered one, but we have a big horse market near mine so i might go and get a cheap one. they are going for silly money at the mo. you can get a companion pony for about £50! never know what you might come home with though as its well known alot of the horses have been drugged to keep them calm.
if i remember rightly from lloyds passport hes 16, 2 in height. hes got such a sweet disposition. hes not broken but other than a bit of a grumble, he will let me ride him.

She's lovely, I'm watching her closely. It's a shame you can't find some one else to share the field.At least I do have a sort of offer from my aunt who's opened a salon that if she and my cousin are busy if they've got a spray tan that needs doing after a bit more training then I can get a fiver a go so at leat that's something.
