Took this yesterday of him begging for the ball he had just found over the stable fields .

Quick question , how are all the doggies doing in the coat department ? Sam is getting a really thick coat at the mo , he actually looks bigger because of it as it's really thin in the summer , iv'e never known it to get this thick before ( hope he's not feeling those northerly's on the way ! ) oh and the new Camera does fab close ups/wide shots etc so he does look bigger than he is in some of the pics .

Lol. My lot go mad if they find a new toy whilst out walking too.
Sandy's coat seems really really thick to me, but i don't know whether that's because she was almost bald after having pups that i forgot what fur felt like lol, and she's on evening primrose too.

hey rin tin tin ,now u mention it lacey has a bit of a maine on the go!! but hard to tell other than that she just looks sleek and shiny still,, for now!

what a handsome beast. i was told yesteday that we are in for a harsh winter. there are more berries on the trees than usual and supposedly thats a sign we are gonna have a bad one

Thanks Hayley , the new camera got rather a bashing yesterday ,Sam is a poser though ! we were hoping to see the Egret that has started to appear over the fields but havn't seen him yet this year , we do have another one close by but i can't cope with Sam and the camera , will have to go on my own , but feel a bit of an idiot walking along the road with a camera and lense ( he's always by the side of the road in the ditch by the little water inlet we walk along ) it used to be a pair , but wev'e only seen the one these last two years ); maybe it's mate is at the stables ? (:

Thanks guys , Harry , Sammy is actually Labby x BC but does look 90% working Lab ( most people think he is full Lab ) he certainly doesn't look bad for a dog with Hd does he ( we keep telling him not to beg though , not good for the hips , but he just started to do it all by himself ) the clown .

Things are ok thanks RTT.
Come to think of it, i noticed last night that Simba is moulting? Whether he's getting ready for his nice thick coat who knows. I hope we're not in for a bad winter, a good winter is cold enough lol.

he does look full lab lol here is ours honey i,ve had her 4months now she was a rescue dog very nervous but not no more i have spent hours bringing her out her shell and its worked she is a very happy dog now she has a new freind to a gsd pup called misha they get on great

Is he wearing a halti in those piccies? People keep avoiding Riley when hes wearing his coz they think he bites!! (honestly the dog is more likely to drown passers by in drool, fueled by adoration rather than bite them!! lol) Sammy is looking lovely as usual. Riley did a BIG moult a few wks ago, then grew a rough mohican along the entire length of his body, head to tail. Its only in the middle though and it looks like we've given him a clip, horse-style!! haha!
