How can anyone do that, I keep looking at Finnigan our black lab puppy and want to cry. They need torturing the same as the poor pups. Makes my blood boil.

omg that is so sick, i wouldnt use a gun on them, that would be to quick, long slow torture is what is needed, when/ if they get found they well get a stern (yeah right) warning and told they cant have an animal for how every long. hello they should of had animals the first place, the laws on this should be much more strict, and enforced. failing that lock them in room with true animal lovers, and real justice be done.

How can they sleep at night knowing what they have done. Totally abhorrent.
A couple of years ago someone dumped a little puppy on a field nr where I live the evil bast*rds had locked the poor little thing in a cage and just dumped it. It was dead when it was found, poor thing might have stood a chance if it hadn't been trapped in the cage.

That could have so easily been my Indy, thank god they just dumped him. Poor little babies.

That's not only horrifying, it's also bizarre. Labrador puppies, even unregistered ones, sell for good money. I wonder if it's some relationship breakup behind this.Liz

Reagardless of their breed-thats appalling, with such fantastic places as Dogs trust theres no need for pups to be killed. Surely to god these monsters could have left them somewhere theyd be found, and the fact that they were 12 weeks and not newborns guts me too, Im looking for a dog (or possibly 2 ....) for my family and would have jumped had anyone have offered me 2 of these, hell Id have taken them all and passed the others on!!!!
I agree, slow torture for the perpetrator of this nasty, evil crime, and may he/she never sleep easy again knowing what theyve done. B***ds!

i know. im sure someone would take them even if just to rehome .. my friends actually looking for a lab n would have taken at least 2

The thing is EVERYONE knows you can re-home pups without much trouble. If they dont know about preloved then there is the papershop window, if they dont know about that there are ad boards in tesco/asda etc, if they dont know about that there is always the local paper, if they STILL don't have a clue there are rescue centres up and down the country that would have taken them in, if they are still unsure just put them in box, on someones door step knock and then run away.... I think I we have to see here that these pups weren't killed as an act of desperation...the owner wanted them dead... simple. It's not unheard of for unscrupulous breeders to 'cull' pups if they are not the desirable colour but generally this would be done at birth as these pups were 12 weeks old it has to be that what ever sick people did this did it or the sake of it.
So if drowning them wasn't shocking and disgusting enough then add to that the fact that they did it for the sheer hell of it makes it so so so so much more terrible!
Poor little babies :'(

It couldn't have been an issue with colour as there were yellows, chocs and blacks in those poor puppies.

True and like I said they would have been done before 12 weeks anyway
I just cant fathom what goes through these peoples heads to thinks its ok to treat anything with such hatred

Lets hope these sad bast*rds don't breed any more, but it is unlikely they will be bothered about getting the bitch spayed if they can do something as despicable as this.
