I'm looking at a gorgeous Welsh D on that dragon driving, he's black, 14.1, 8yrs, hasn't been ridden in a while but sounds like he has a good temperment but....he's a stallion. I'm not too biased on gender but I don't fancy a stallion for my first horse plus they're hard to get on a livery stable but then again he's only £700 so that leaves £650 out of my buying budget so if he's still around when I'm buying I might think about him and find out how much it costs to geld.
if hes already 8 then gelding wont do that much as he has been a stallion for so long he will still act like one and will be hard work around mares and will be hard work at shows too as they are such big show offs! Hence y hes cheap coz there hard work and ppl dont lik them on livery yards as they need fields away from the others incase they try and get in with the mares n things, they usually have bars up on their stable doors too as the get excitable about mares walkin past and things.

Maybe if hes still there in December, you should go and look at him and see if they will let you have him on a months trial or something? as if he is still 4sale then they might let you just to sell him. If its meant to be he will still be 4sale :D. How much is he up for again?

He was so cute as a foal. Hasn't he darkened up though.
