Preloved Problems

I joined today and have posted ads. However it keeps saying my email is not validated, I have requested the validation email over 40 times now and keep getting told that it's been sent, but I have received nothing and it's been hours since I joined. I'm concerned that I'll have the same problem if anyone is interested in my ads. The email address works fine and it's not a spam issue, preloved has been added to approved sender list and besides, if it was being picked up as spam it would be in my spam folder. Any ideas? Thanks.
