Well as some of u know i toke in a baby ferret a couple weeks ago, well she is now huge, really cant believe how big she is in such a short space of time. She is soo funny and cute and loves all her toys, she wears me and the other animals out lol the cats arent amused by her tho

i heard that ferrets are suppose to be really smelly, does she live inside the house?

she lives inside at the moment, but yes she is smelly and now she is getting bigger she is going to be living outside once winter eases off a bit. Lovely animals tho providing u train them right, have u never had a ferret?

nope never!! i do think there really cute tho would love to have one on my shoulder and to follow me around everywere lol


do you have to have a hutch indoors? whats so smelly , her toileting or her body?

she has a big 3 story cage indoors and she will be going into a two storey hutch outside. Tha smell isnt too bad really wen u have a girl, so long as u do keep theyre cage clean, but ferrets themselves do smell of a paticular odour, but i find it is managable with ferret deoderant and keeping them clean.

She makes up for all the work with being so damn cute!

Ahhh she does look big now. I like the polecat ferrets. Are you planning on perhaps getting her a friend to live outside with? I know ferrests are really social and love to snuggle up and play together.

i want to get her a friend but the OH keeps saying no :-(! I cant believe how fast she has grown! But she is such a pleasure
