Fuel Pump and Emission gas valve

The car is running fine, no loss of power, temp or general perfomance so know the fuel pump hasnt gone completely otherwise I wouldnt be able to drive it. Any suggestions on what to look for, repalce/service to get this damn light to go off. Also going to clean the EGV with some carburettor fluid to see if its clogged up and replace hoping that will fix it and mean it doesnt need replacing. Any help gratefully received.
