We share 40-50% of our DNA with cabbages.
we share 98% of our DNA with chimpanzees.
Every human on earth shares 99% of their DNA with every other human.
we share 50% of our DNA with bananas.
WHAT about that then peps we are bananas well half of us are, *!#%!@

Wow, strange. So fruit and veg is actually half human. Couldn't this be classed as canibalism if we eat them? Hmmm.

Didnt realise about Lion Man so looked it up, you were right about him no longer being in charge of it, thou not the wife bit, wasnt good to hear about the conditions MAF found thou.

MAF inspectors were so concerned about conditions at Zion Wildlife Park that they considered having 40 big cats put down.

The Lion Man, Craig Busch, is no longer in control of Whangarei's Zion Wildlife Gardens after details of a MAF investigation were made public.

Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry documents - released to TVNZ under the Official Information Act - expressing concerns over animals kept in crowded, unsanitary conditions.

Inspectors were at one stage so concerned by conditions at Zion Wildlife Gardens they considered having 40 big cats put down.

Officials were also concerned about barriers, with one external fence damaged and not repaired for a day and a half, and lions and tigers kept in the same enclosure.

Among the options being considered by MAF were finding a new operator, or even performing euthanasia on 40 of the park's big cats.

Since the concerns were raised earlier this year, improvements have been made at the Kamo, Whangarei, wildlife park which gained worldwide fame through the TV series The Lion Man.

MAF investigations manager Greg Reid said the immediate animal welfare issues at the park had been addressed.

I was shocked to read about the lion man, used to love watching that.I had no idea he wasn't running it anymore. I'm with bones...for me it's got to be wolves! I think they're such beautiful creatures to look at and I absolutely adore their howls and cries. I love those picture scenes where theres one standing on a cliff top with his head up to the sky howling. I think that's why I love huskies soooo much! Even when mine chewed up my £125 pair of glasses, I couldn't be mad at him. My second choice is a silverback. I love the doccumentaries of them in the wild.

OMG that is stunning! It's similar to that but of a wolf standing on like a cliff edge. I also love the pictures and jigsaws of the wolves with indians. I really like that one you put on though Bones....I wonder if I could find an artist to paint that into a mural on one of my walls? Hubby would have a fit! lol
