Outboard engine idling problem

My suzuki 4hp is playing up. She runs okay at anything above half throttle but when the revs are knocked off she cuts out. A bit of a pain when close quarter manouvering my shrimper ! Any ideas ?

Steve the suzuki 4 hp is a great little engine but does suffer with carb problems.As you look at the carb on the top right hand side or on top(depends on model)you will see a small brass plate with a slot cut out for a screwdriver,remove this "jet"and inspect the small drillings i think you will find your problem there.If not it sounds like you will have to strip and clean carb.
