Hi all again, I have a standard Gilera GSM but with a Metrakit Exhaust, My bike will hit just about 60-65mph on straight nicely. I was wondering if someone can tell me why my bike has no power at all in last gear? I have noticed that there is just no power in last gear anymore, and also instead of the tickover being settled at around 2000rpm it is now between 0 and 1000rpm? Hopefully someone can help ! thanks alot all !

i am about to turn 16 and am looking to get a derbi gpr50 but i am only about 5 feet tall maybe a tiny tiny bit less. would i be able to ride this bike?

u cant realy tell if got that much power in last gear cause your going 2 fast i have a full ginnalli exhaust on mine i can get 60 65 nicely on a striaght as well when i am flat out and let the throtal off it ticks over realy high when i am going along but but a few seconds later it stops but i find when it gets realy hot and i go flat out on it the tick over ticks over is higher when i am stoped i think the reason y it mite be doing this is beacause we mite need better reeds hope thats helped i am gunna do that with mine but i am getting new head light and a set of renthals first and my bike ant been ride for about 4 weeks cause i broke ma leg some crazy woman drive drove into me

hi jordon i ant sure ive neaver rid a derbi gpr but my mate is about 5ft and hes got an ar50 which is rapid and would probly beat a gpr but it ant got the looks of a derbi gpr he can get on and off the bike fine but when your following him he looks well funny cause he looks tiny on it lol

LOL TOM, its tru my ar50 is tiny, im jst ova 5 ft 4" and can ride most bikes nicely, sports replicas and normally rele tiny! but trial bikes and sumtimes huge like my brothers xl125, tom a woman drove into u?? ay ay? lol

lol yer yer anton u had 2 stand on 1 of those green boxes 2 get on ya bros bike and he put staberlisers on for ya

rite people i need some help i was ridein on my bike and it just all loacked up like it was sezied but when i stoped it started up striaght away again worked fine it done it 3 times got new oil for it and tryed it again still done it my gear box seems 2 be fine cause i clicks though the gears fine and when i am rideing it gos into em all fine any suggestions ???????

asbury ur big end is on its way out, probs needed oil if it seizes it cud cause loadsa damage, hav a l@@k @ it! probs cus ur thrash it lol !

na big ends find it all fine and i ant thrashed it that much i just got told by some 1 that some think mite have come loose in the gear box or the side caseing which might be jaming it so meh

m8 my bike done the same thing i found out i had done the head gasket also my clutch was slowly undoing it self i would take a look @ both of them

ye the carb should be mint i took my clutch casein off and got some 1 took look at it abd thats fine but the clutch caseing is a proper bitch to get back on how u do it i ant sure bout me head gasket but i looked thro my exhaust port and ive got a small score on it but it still fires up fine????? dis is a real mystirey and its doing my head in

asbury u hav ran ur bike wit out air filter attached dats y it has a score in the piston ova heated !
