yeh you will need a 110 main jet if you are planning on getting a bore kit dont waste your money on an arrow exhaust as i had a malossi mhr80 kit with my arrow exhaust and the arrow exhaust is whatr caused it to blow up as you need a bigger exhaust to suit the cylinder.

hi. i have had an aprilia rs50 for a few months and all was going well. my m8 jus bought one his is a 2000 and mine is a 2005. i got on his for a go and it is alot smoother and also faster than mine.i just thought my bike was normal until i got on his. if i am in 3rd gear up to 6th gear it will not accelerate past 8000 rpm. it jumps on and off power as is i am putin on and taken off the power. i have to ride with the choke on caus if i turn it off the bike will not accelarate at all. any ideas wots up with it.

thanks

curtiss

with derestricting that ts50; it might be the gearing. I had a 65cc kit, 105 main jet and a "Big One" exhaust and still only got 45, I changed the front sprocket to a larger one and now it does 60 :) happy days
