im not 2 sure bout that i no wot a cdi is, its a thing to do with the ignition the retriction would stop it reving too high. my bike revs to 1200 rpm + so i dnt think its restricted there. how high does ur bike rev to?

hav u rode ur bike with the new exhaust? if so wen u got up to about 8000 rpm did it stop acceleration and burble. yeh experiment with jet sizes. the new bigger sprocket will reduce ur acceleration slightly and make ur top speed increse. u thinking of wot else u can do. i duno wot else to do to mine, im bored i need sumink to do to it. where bouts u live?

thats coz of the small jst size and the hench washer thing in the exhaust. onece u remove that and get a bigger jet, the bike lifts off . when u pull off the bike goes nice and smooth, then when it his 7500rpm it practicaly lifts the front end up and then ur like wow wot a difference

erm right ... at the end of the exhaust where it attaches to the engine jst inside there is a bit of metal spot welded in and it has like a pea size hole in it. find the spot weld and grind it out with a dremmel bit if u hav any. i can send u a pic of the bit that needs to come out if u want
