yer mate i can help its a four stroke i take it of course it is its an 08 well any way the best proble thing to do is check out the link ive made its bit old but does the job lol and y dont wanna buy sports exuast for it enless you tune the engine or rollers because the engine dunt like it runs it in to fast cus haz no time to relax so tune exuast it and derestrict it man it will go like stink there quite know for being rockets ma so becarefull doing the wrench time and write down were every thing goes lol if this helps u i will happy cheers sorry if i post same ting twise heres the link sorry --http://flexistentialist.org/blog/archives/2......dern-scooter/-- there u go mate lol

well the usual thing is to take the washer type thing outa the exhaust.
then u may have to re-jet ur carb but im not too sure on tzr's as i hav a rs50 , but most restrictons on these bikes r the same

Hello. I've got a piaggio zip ive taken the washer out of the variator and it seems to have made a difference in speed but i want to make it fly, i know zip's can go fast because i did my cbt on one and i was easily doing 55, i just read something about a golden plate , and i want to do the exhaust too but have no idea how to, i dont really want to muck about with the carb to be honest because it seems to be quite a big job. if you fancy giving me a hand leave me a email on [Log in to view email]Thanks Rhodri

i have a w reg piaggio zip 50 and just bought a performance exhaust for it bit it does not seem to have increased the performance atall could you possibly help me out maybe u know why and do you have any other tips on how to derestrict it

ok dude now i know i can hel u so first of you need to remove the plastiks carefully trying not to damage any thing i will put up piks and number them for u on my site lol so ill put up a link ok lol any way remove plasic remember were every thing goes i cant stress this enoth ive seen so many people say i cant remember were stuff goes but wright it down of ya hve to so now u have a chasey ill put iks up ok a scrap zip weve gaot and wat u gan do ok but you need a bigger fuel jet that increase air fuel mixture to the engine and makes a bigger band for ya piston if you wanna go really far get a peice of flat glass it haz to be pefectly level to work ok so not try it with wood only glass or metal any way sand the piston head perfectly flat so morecombustion can happen in the engine its atrade secret that and also get i tiny file and open the rings ever so slisgtly round the actullal piston its self that creates a softer running movement meaning not jerking and not burst of acelration then it slow down i ya under stand wat i mean lol okand u can find more at my website ill post it in a bit lol ok hope this *!#%!@ helps man its the best i can do in short time lol

yees thats the washer ive taken out. so when will you be putting up that address? oh and do you know if a suzuki ap50 has a washer in the variator aswell? thanks

mate i learnt all this from trial and error mate and from word of mouth and ive taken it from there and jus im still learning lol and i live in north devon and i would be happy to do ya ped for ya lol
