Hi I have a 99 DT125R i'm not sure whether it has been derestricted already, i bought it second hand a few months ago. ive had just over 80 out of it, if anyone has any advice on how to find the powervalve or how to check whether it has been derestricted. Any help appreciated

just bought a 1999 Honda CRM125 2stroke. it goes OK up to 5-6000 rpm, then dies offa bit, picking up again above 7K. top speed only about 60mph. is it this normal? can it be made faster/smoother? also front brake v spongy.

have recently bought myself a j reg dt125r 2500miles on clock and in as new condition,however it only does sixty flat out.does anyone know how to derestrict this as my local bike shop doesn't appear too sure.

How do you derestrict a year old peugout speedfight, i got the kidney pipe off the exaust and heard their is a plate you take out, inside the cover were the kickstart is. i took it off but couldnt see anything.

I HAVE A GILERA GSM 50. My problem is not derestricting it but allowing for a derestriction. At the moment i am doing 50mph at top speed top gear ( the bike is slightly derestrcited)But at this top speed i am just on the red line. If i fully de-restrict it will go way into the red line which is no gud. The nly way2 overcome this i have found is 2 change the size of the rear sproket - make it smaller. My gilera supplier in gosport tells me thy dnt supply ne other sprokets 4 the gsm cos thy dnt make them. Does ne 1 know wer i mite b able 2 get 1 or another solution2 my red line problem. try 50cc.nl i havnt bought any thing just as yet but they seem to look good,i have a standard gsm and i want it to go faster what is your 1 like on the hills and what have you done to yours to make it do 50mph ,i got told the bigger sprocket on the back the more top speed you get

Well i ddnt ava regular washer n my bike, it was a re-enforced steel washer tht cnt b drilled even with specialist drilling tools. This is due to the strict italian laws tht obviously dnt wnt pple de-restricting this bike as easily as we do with ours here. The only solution was 2 get the exasht end cut and another made and welded on. Ive been mailing bob wright and ordered a 13 t front sproket. Hopefuly tht shud do th trick.

try http://www.50cc.nl and klick on gilera then gsm morini engine all sorts of stuf wil cum up , i tried drilin my washer thing out today and it didnt touchit so ithink i will buy an exhaust off ebay for £80 its a metra kit 1 andi think it is new ? ? ?
