reading the forum, i am going to try de restrict it myself, and also i would be extreamly greatful if somebody could send me a copy of the manaul to [Log in to view email]
this is my first bike i am 16 and i liek it alot, especially the 4 stroke thing its ace1

Please could someone tell me how to release the pads on the front brakes to allow me to get the front wheel on .

i had the same problem with mine, when me and my dad built it up, we out the centre stand up to save us holding the bike up, and used a blunt knife to prise the pads open as we slotted the wheel in, hope this helps you

Got the wheel on, but the bloody thing doesnt go around. How do you loosen the brakes please at the front>

this is also a perfesct forum site for all baotian and zhongyu riders as of course they are the same bike except for their names

Reply to Paul: There must be a ring on the bar that goes through the wheel to attach it to the fork, this ring you will have to put between the disc and fork that will distance the fork from the disc stopping the caliper pressing a brake pad onto the disc thus stopping you're wheel going round. hope this helps you

the cdi is the l shaped black box on which 2 plugs of cables are connected to- next to the battery in the small compartment.

hi peeps...
i was wondering if anyone could help me..
i have the manual as someone kindly sent me it but i was wondering if anyone hass a better copy of page 14 as its a bit faded on mine and i cant seem to see where the air filter is..if anyone could give me a point in the right direction, this would be great.. thanks

hello everyone. i have been reading this discussion and am wanting to remove the brass screw to increase then speed. but i dnt really know much about bikes and where things are. if someone could give me the 'dummies' guide to it i would much appreciate it. thanks

Hi!
I have a Baotian BT50QT-9 but now my moped won't start.
The starting motor spinns but there it won't start. And yes I have checked that the side stand is up.
Could it be the switch in the side stand that is broken or is it the spark plug? How do you change the spark plug (where is it located)?
