Hi everyone,

Model: Baotian 49-qt-9;

Problems:

1. Front tyre pressure doesn't last not more than 2 days.
2. It doesnt start first time both has got problem eitther electric or kick; it takes at least 4/5 try then it will start.

It was not like that before --I change spark plug still the same.

Anybody any idea how can it be sorted-----------

Best regards

hey zakir u probs got a slow puncture if it dusnt last 2 days so either get tyre weld for temporary fix bt wen u get new tyre ask for the rim to b cleaned cos its like concrete and ruins ur wheel, n i had same problem with u starting, i bort 23 sparks altogether and then gave up n then my brain clicked in n said duh HT lead, and starts first time everytime now no need for kick start. best bet is to look on ebay n put ur bike model on n ht lead n shud b bout 6 available .hope this helps

NO ELECTRIC START.

YOU HAVE ALLREADY MENTIONED THAT THE SCOOTER WILL KICK START BUT WONT ELECTRIC START SO I THINK THE SIDE STAND SWITCH HAS ALLREADY BEEN DISABLED BECAUSE IT SHOULD NOT START AT ALL WITH THE SIDE STAND DOWN .

its one of three things.
start button on handlebar faulty.
or solenoid under seat well faulty.
or starter motor faulty.

u can test all three at the solenoid.

a quick test of the solenoid would be to short a spanner across the large red to the large black terminal if the starter motor turns then the starter motor is ok.

next u need to take a voltage reading at the end of the start button wire to see if the handlebar start button is sending 12v to the solenoid,
if there is 12v then the button is fine and the solenoid is duff.
