Hi there just to say I totaly agreewith you on Pontins.We went when our middle child was abot 13 months old.They put us in a 1st floor appartment.None of the equipment in the appartment was safty tested upto date it was about 2 years out o date.There was a big chunk of foam missing from the front bar of the sofa so had our son or older daughter tripped and fell against it they would have ended up at the hospital after hitting bare wood.We nly had single beds no double.The shower was so mouldy I wouldnt lrt the chilren near it.The little tykes play area was bare with no equipment in it.The club room was up a flight of 30 stairs real handy when you have pushchair.We have vowed never to go to Pontins again.Weare sticking with Haven.Our pontins was Camber sands Kent

I've got holiday chalets on California Sands, five miles from Great Yarmouth, they are clean, tidy, linen fresh every week, etc. etc.
