The codes I get for that serial number are 1712 and 0170.

I am needing a radio code for a Citroen cassette radio. The serial number is PHACCFV9019692, it's from a citroen xsara (1998). There's a few other numbers on the radio itself: 22RC465/35 9022 314 65359 M/ch 019704

Blaupunkt radio codes can usually be derived from the serial number by software, but not Grundig, Clarion, or Philips. These have to be looked up by someone that has access to the database. It is better to get a code from your Citroen dealer than go to the online decoding sites. Some dealers charge for this service, maybe as much as an online decoding company, but your chance of come-back is better if it doesn't work.

That is an unusual serial number for a Blaupunkt. Are you are sure the "4" is a four? It is usually a "7" (seven) in that position. If it is a four then the code should be 2015, 0015, or 0242.
Regarding the "7" it is a "4". The sticker just about exists on the side but clear enough to see, and as you may know, the serial stamped on the chassis confirms the "4". Anyway, your help is much appreciated, and once again, thank you very much. Take care.
