That seems to be a Clarion, but one of the very few for which it is supposed to be possible to derive a code from the serial number by software (only possible when the serial number begins with C7). I've never done one of these before, and unfortunately, I don't seem to have the decoding software anymore. I will have to try to find it on the net again. In the meantime, "error 9" is a problem. It probably means someone has been trying to guess the code and has made too many incorrect entries, which will lock a radio up. You might get it to unlock if you leave it turned on for an hour or so without touching any buttons. That works on other makes/models, but I don't know for sure about Clarions.
I have found the Clarion software again and it says the code for your serial number is 3236. I have no idea if this will work. There are many useless and even fake code calculators on the internet. I have never had an opportunity to use this one before, as it apparently only works with Clarion serial numbers beginning with C7 and most begin with CL. I would be very interested to know if it does work.

For that serial number I get codes 5634, 1634, or 0371. Codes are matched to individual radios. A code from another radio of the same make or model is very unlikely to work. Adverts Currently On Preloved - Place an ad here for free

Essentially you want the last ten digits of this number ignoring the letter in the middle, the "BP" at the beginning, and the digit after the "BP". Be aware that there is a lot of useless, even fake, decoding software on the net.
I downloaded the programme and entered the code 7756545827 from my S/N which is BP 2775P6545827 and got 5068. Tried this code and it doesn't work. Is the programme reliable or can anyone shed any light on this code. Thanks

The program is reliable, but there are many algorithms for different models of Blaupunkt. You have to select which algorithm you are going to use AS WELL as enter the serial number properly (last ten digits omitting alpha chars). There are three Citroen algorithms and you may have to try each of them.

It has the original radio in it. The Code i have been given is 1360. How do i get a 0 the numbers are 1-6. On some radios you press 1 three times and get 3 then you press 2 eight times and get 8 and so on. I cant do that on this radio. if i press 1 four times i get 1111. Went to Citroen Garage and they basically fobbed me off, were not intrested. HELP P.S i do not have time patience to go through 57 pages of posts. (lazy i know) ;-)
i removed battery and lost radio code,,,blaupunkt radio...BP2775T966139 I thought it was 4580 but it will not work can anyone help please thanks sasha
Look at the serial number again, it is one digit short.
