Those don't seem to be Blaupunkt serial numbers. The one beginning with "C7" is almost certainly a Clarion.
The barcode numbers are: There is another sticker on the unit with the following: I left the motor at my work today, and won't collect it till Wednesday. Is there anything else I should be loking for, ie the correct format of the serial number? Thanks again..Good work you chaps do BTW.
The number needed for the decoding software is in the form: BP****X******* Where X can be any letter and the *s can be any numerical digit. The PH1/C is certainly a Blaupunkt model. I don't understand the other numbers, but there are always a bunch of numbers.
General info on radio codes- Citroen don't make radios, they just put their brand on radios made by others. Don't bother posting the model of your car. No one can figure out what your radio code is from that. Radios are coded individually. Codes only work for the one radio, not for all the radios of that make or model. To find out the code you need the serial number. Not the model number or the part number. As there are several numbers on a radio, you should probably post them all to make sure the right one is included. You will need to remove the radio from the dash to get the serial number, and probably to find out what make and model it is. Instructions for removing your radio, by model of car, can be had for free here: Blaupunkt radio codes can usually be derived from the serial number by software, but NOT radios made by Grundig, Clarion, or Philips. These have to be looked up by someone that has access to the database. It is better to get your Citroen dealer to look up the code than go to the online decoding sites. Some dealers charge for this service, maybe as much as an online decoding company, but your chance of come-back is better if it doesn't work. Blaupunkt serial numbers begin with BP. Clarions usually begin with CL. Grundigs begin with GR. Phillips begin with PH. If you don't have a BP number, you will not get a code here. Repeat- Codes can be calculated for Blaupunkt radios with serial numbers starting with "BP". Other makes with "CL", "GR", "PH" and so on, no, sorry.

Thankyou.
The model of the car is not helpful in any way. Some models of radio can be cleared from the state you describe by leaving them turned on for an hour or more. Ignition on also obviously. This is necessary when too many attempts have been made to enter the wrong code. Whether you have one of the radios this applies to or not cannot be told from what you have posted.
