CLARION radios.
Otherwise try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service
The serial number you have posted seems to be missing a digit. If you post the full number I should be able to give you a code.
I missed out the 0 somehow! it is - BP 1760 N1338311
For that serial number I get codes 8351, 0351, or 0241.
Thanks again for getting back to the thread so fast!
Ive just bought my son a saxo, from auction but I need a code for a radio model PU 2294B serial no CL0402x0093881 is this possible thank Rob
This information has been posted many times. If you do not read it, you will be wasting your time. Citroen don't make radios, they just put their brand on radios made by others. Don't bother posting the model of your car. No one can figure out what your radio code is from that. Radios are coded individually. Codes only work for the one radio, not for all the radios of that make or model. To find out the code you need the serial number. Not the model number or the part number. As there are several numbers on a radio, you should probably post them all to make sure the right one is included. You will need to remove the radio from the dash to get the serial number, and probably to find out what make and model it is. Instructions for removing your radio, by model of car, can be had for free here: Blaupunkt radio codes can usually be derived from the serial number by software, but NOT radios made by Grundig, Clarion, or Philips. These have to be looked up by someone that has access to the database. It is better to get your Citroen dealer to look up the code than go to the online decoding sites. Some dealers charge for this service, maybe as much as an online decoding company, but your chance of come-back is better if it doesn't work. Blaupunkt serial numbers begin with BP. Clarions usually begin with CL. Grundigs begin with GR. Phillips begin with PH. If you don't have a BP number, you will not get a code here. Some visitors have reported that Phillips codes can be got at: http://www.tinyurl.com/222codes Rarely, Clarion radios have a serial number beginning C70000. There is a decoder that is supposed to work with these serial numbers, though I have had no luck with it. If your Clarion has such a serial number, then post it and I will give it a try. Repeat- Codes can be calculated for Blaupunkt radios with serial numbers starting with "BP". Other makes with "CL", "GR", "PH" and so on, no, sorry.

I would suggest that you re-read the Morganwg standard message above ...especially the bit concerning CL serial numbers as found on your radio .
Otherwise try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service
If you read the regularly posted message by Morganwg titled READ BEFORE POSTING ( last listed a couple of days ago on 15th May) you will discover what is required ...and whether a code for your Citroen is available on this forum.

I have the same problem with my radio. I have a Xantia from 95, do you know haw to get the code to that one?:-) It's a Blaupunkt, the number on the side is: BP 2775S9462429 Hope someone can help me:-) Kind regards Alex
Answer for Alex YOU REALLY SHOULD READ PREVIOUS MESSAGES BEFORE POSTING ANY QUESTIONS ON ANY FORUM (not just this one) ...JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THE CORRECT PLACE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR QUESTION The Citroen radio codes given out on this site are mainly for BLAUPUNKT radios ( Yours are NOT Blaupunkt ) I would suggest that you read the Morganwg standard message titled READ BEFORE POSTING above (last posted on 15th May ) ...especially the bit concerning CL serial numbers as found on your radio . This identifies it as a CLARION radio The only Clarion code available for free (using the Serial Number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + If your Citroen Clarion radio is an older model, then it may be a hardwired code . I would suggest contacting http://www.ukbookshelf.co.uk who will check it for you and give you further free advice+code if available Otherwise try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (note: The common Citroen Clarion radio...model PU-2294B ....is NOT one of these older models so it MAY have this required Barcode Serial Number.
I don't think "Les" has posted here for years. For that serial number I get codes 4561, 0561, or 0352.
