This information has been posted here many times. If you do not read it, you will be wasting your time. Citroen don't make radios, they just put their brand on radios made by others. Don't bother posting the model of your car. No one can figure out what your radio code is from that. Radios are coded individually. Codes only work for the one radio, not for all the radios of that make or model. To find out the code you need the serial number. Not the model number or the part number. As there are several numbers on a radio, you should probably post them all to make sure the right one is included. You will need to remove the radio from the dash to get the serial number, and probably to find out what make and model it is. Instructions for removing your radio, by model of car, can be had for free here: Blaupunkt radio codes can usually be derived from the serial number by software, but NOT radios made by Grundig, Clarion, or Philips. These have to be looked up by someone that has access to the database. It is better to get your Citroen dealer to look up the code than go to the online decoding sites. Some dealers charge for this service, maybe as much as an online decoding company, but your chance of come-back is better if it doesn't work. Blaupunkt serial numbers begin with BP. Clarions usually begin with CL. Grundigs begin with GR. Phillips begin with PH. If you don't have a BP number, you will not get a code here. Some visitors have reported that Phillips codes can be got at: http://www.tinyurl.com/222codes Rarely, Clarion radios have a serial number beginning C70000. There is a decoder that is supposed to work with these serial numbers, though I have had no luck with it. If your Clarion has such a serial number, then post it and I will give it a try. Repeat- Codes can be calculated for Blaupunkt radios with serial numbers starting with "BP". Other makes with "CL", "GR", "PH" and so on, no, sorry.

For that serial number I get codes 1146 or 0113, assuming this is a Citroen branded Blaupunkt.

That number doesn't seem to be in the right format for a Citroen Blaupunkt serial number. There should be a letter in the middle. The numbers on the preset buttons correspond to the digit of the code (1 for first digit, 2 for second, etc.) and are pressed repeatedly to enter the number, i.e. six times for a 6, so you don't need nine preset buttons to enter a nine.
Try code 1265 =========================================== Morganwg bp037330249928 I think this model was originally fitted into a Peugeot and requires the Peugeot BP Calculator. ...but I may be wrong ! {;o)

For that serial number I get codes 9558, 1558, or 0170.
Code 1558 works, I did have it written down somewhere but lost inbetween systems. My old banger has tunes again!!!! Success!
just replaced the battery in my Xantia, entered the code on the front of the radio manual I got with the car and it lock me out - looks like I've been given the wrong code. The serial number of the radio is BP2775T9620475 and the code on the manual (that doesn't seem to work) is 4925.. Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks
