P.S. THE LAST DIGIT OF THE CODE ON THIS PARTICULAR MODEL WILL ALWAYS BE DISPLAYED SMALLER THAN THE REST,SO THIS IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!!
I read your message when you helped a friend, I wrote in this forum before and they said need serial number to find my code, now I will give my serial number and model, My cd player model is PU-2294B(D) and it serial number CL0402Y0261611 I will be very happy if you can help me, because they said me a CD-Rom can solve the code but I am living in North Cyprus and I cant buy it from here.... thanks now
All i know about the stereo is its a standard fittment in a citroen zx J reg, and its got a cover that flips down over the cassette part of the unit. hope some one can help out here.
ive just bought a S reg xantia and despite the advert the last owner had changed the battery and lost the security code can anyone tell me how to get the code and will the radio have to be removed to get the serial number? thanks .....Mike
After you enter the correct code you should press the UP button. This is at the top right of the radio under the flip cover ... if i remember correctly the symbol is: -- ^ ^ -- Oliver
The serial number for my Xantia stereo is BP 2492-2876555. Is there any chance you would be able to put this into your software and let me know the code? Thanks very much in advance.
i have just brought a 1994 citroen ax, and need the code for the radio. i have looked in the handbook and anywhere i can think of, do you think you could help please? thanks if you can x
but its not easy to use this software. if anyone wants it by the way ill send it for free
I have a Clarion PU-2294B serial no. CL0402Z0576497, It came in a van I have just bought but it asks for a code which I wasn't supplied. Does anyone have any way of obtaining the code for this stereo from the serial no.. I would also like a copy of the software if anyone could email me with it. says enter 4 digits and then it will give you a code. which 4 digits it is asking for is anyones guess lol whats ur email and ill send you the software
not one of the better ideas i had i must admit.. any way it's gone now. the stereo didnt say code on it when it was switched on. it had some horizontal bars on it . i left it connected to a battery and timed it , half an hour and it came up code. so i guess that's all it takes is half hour. i suppose they are all different though. i bought the decode software for £1.50 and it decoded it straight away. result
cheers
Thanks very much for that-I'll give it a try!
I have just bought a sony headunit for my 2001 saxo desire, but for some reason when i tern the engine of the car of the clock resets and the saved radio stations disappear and i have to re-save them every time. I was wondering if the headunit is faulty or could it be that i need to change some wires around on the wiring loom like on some vauxhalls. Please help
something tells the unit to shut off so im told . i just ran a new live up to the headunit. sorted
